- Own high-volume hiring end-to-end and build repeatable processes that maintain fast-moving pipelines and a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner with business leaders, guide stakeholder conversations, and influence decisions using data, insight, and empathy
- Adapt hiring processes as volumes and priorities shift in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Use AI and automation to streamline hiring processes and improve how the team works
- Find new sourcing channels and talent pools
- Use historical data to plan pipeline needs
- Identify bottlenecks and reshape hiring processes to maintain conversion efficiency at every stage
- Manage a small team of Talent Partners within Operations
Требования:
- Previous line management experience with a small team of Talent Partners alongside individual contributor responsibilities
- Experience hiring for Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, relationship-building ability, and confidence to push back when needed
- Data-driven approach, using analytics to improve hiring and reporting on processes and outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages, gain buy-in, and build trust at all levels
- Experience adopting AI in everyday workflows
- Experience in fast-paced scale-up organisations and flexibility to support areas outside the core remit
