support engineer for internal tools

The team builds tools for a new era of tool building.

Задачи:

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal support questions in Slack and in person
• Deliver laptop onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure they have the hardware and accounts they need
• Manage macOS and Windows devices using Fleet
• Administer Google Workspace and other SaaS tools, including accounts, permissions, and licences
• Maintain office IT hardware across the London and SF offices
• Simplify repeat tasks through automation, sensible defaults, and clear documentation

Требования:

• Experience managing devices through an MDM platform; experience with platforms other than Fleet is welcome
• Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS administrationExperience automating common tasks
• Clear communication with people of different technical backgrounds, including explaining unfamiliar setups or problems
• Enjoy helping people and making it easy to ask for help
• Excited to work in person from the London office most of the time
• Startup experience or a strong interest in the zero-to-one phase
• Value working with kind, ambitious, and pragmatic people
• Comfortable balancing incoming requests, urgent problems, and preventive work

Условия:

• Compensation philosophy is to pay slightly above market on salary and above market on equity
• Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to London
• The team spends time together in the office five days per week
