Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape recruitment strategies, advise on market conditions and assessment approaches, and manage expectations Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing, attraction and sourcing through assessment, offer and hire Work with outsourced sourcing partners, setting clear briefs and aligning search strategies Engage, screen and assess internal and external candidates, supporting fair, consistent and inclusive hiring decisions Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback Enable internal mobility and improve the service and experience for internal hiring Contribute to continuous improvement, share best practices, and support the evolution of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working across Talent Acquisition
Требования
Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in an in-house or agency environment and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise, influence and constructively challenge hiring managers while building trusted relationships Sourcing experience, including engaging passive candidates and building talent pools for specialist or hard-to-hire roles Experience partnering with outsourced sourcing teams, providing clear briefs and timely feedback Understanding of recruitment best practices, fair and inclusive hiring, employment legislation and compliance requirements Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail Будет плюсом: experience recruiting for Marketing, Commercial Growth or Ad Agency positions
