Healf curates wellbeing brands across the pillars of EAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP. It is expanding from e-commerce into a technology platform focused on personalised wellbeing.
Задачи
- Lead UX/UI design across core areas of the Healf website
- Develop AI tools, systems, and workflows with developers to take e-commerce product design from concept to production-ready code
- Unify components across platforms and evolve the cross-platform design system
- Design personalised experiences that help users discover what they need faster
- Create solutions that reduce friction and improve conversion
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to deliver work quickly and to a high standard
- Conduct user research and experiments to validate and refine design decisions
- Set a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in shipped work.
Требования
- Experience designing products in e-commerce, DTC, consumer technology, or health and wellbeing
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, usable experiences
- Strong visual and UX judgment, including layout, hierarchy, clarity, and conversion
- Confidence owning UX/UI end to end, from whiteboard to final polish
- Familiarity with CRO practices and improving conversion funnels
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems in Figma
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and communicate in developer-friendly terms
- Proactive, independent approach and readiness to take ownership of large product areas
- Genuine interest in building products that help people live healthier lives
