- Co-create product vision and strategy with Product and Engineering, shaping priorities and identifying opportunities
- Own complex, high-impact and greenfield work independently, from setting direction to delivering the final experience
- Create distinctive interaction and visual experiences by exploring alternatives and refining details
- Coach and mentor designers, influence teams beyond the immediate area, and improve design practices and standards
Требования:
- Staff, Lead, or equivalent experience in a mature product design organization
- Experience with consumer-facing, mobile-first products at scale
- Track record of shaping product vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Exceptional interaction and visual craft, strong product judgment, a clear point of view, and an experimental mindset
- Experience coaching designers, raising craft standards, and influencing how teams work
- Intentional approach to using AI in design, including assessing its value, limitations, and output quality
