Задачи
Craft end-to-end user experiences and cohesive customer journeys using components from a central design system; Bring designs to life using prototyping software such as Figma; Balance business requirements with user needs by gathering user research and rationale, and push back diplomatically when needed to support customers; Adapt designs to technical constraints across platforms while guiding teams on the best end-user experience; Advocate for inclusive and accessible design for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities; Present design work to collaborators and adapt designs based on their feedback, user research, and usability testing; Communicate with developers to ensure designs meet specifications and work for a broad range of users.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in User Experience design or Interaction Design
- Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or Visual Designer
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to internal customers and development teams
- Comfortable using existing design systems and proactively recommending improvements and extensions
- Able to interpret quantitative and qualitative research and apply it to the interaction design process
- Familiarity with complex environments
- financial services experience is preferred
- Able to see designs through to delivery
- Relevant transferable experience is welcomed
