- Lead deep-dive analysis across customer funnels and journeys to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
- Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, ensuring statistical rigour and clear business impact
- Identify growth opportunities and influence prioritisation through data-led recommendations and designed experiments
- Translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
- Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy through data, set success metrics, and evaluate performance
- Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics capabilities across product teams
- Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to best practice and analytical quality across the team
Требования:
- Structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insight
- Apply statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design in product environments
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python, including pandas and NumPy, for large-scale data analysis
- Proven experience leading A/B testing programmes and influencing product decisions through experimentation
- Significant experience analysing customer behaviour within digital products or e-commerce platforms and driving measurable improvements
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with an emphasis on storytelling and stakeholder impact
- Experience working closely with Product and influencing senior stakeholders or leadership teams
