• Build and maintain internal and client solutions
• Support the team's growth and help team members develop the skills to solve client challenges
• Own and run engagements, interact with stakeholders, and make recommendations that shape projects
• Build tools, services and self-service workflows that reduce friction for developers and accelerate delivery
• Contribute to and extend internal developer platform Terraform modules, CLIs and tooling, managing versioning and backward compatibility
• Design, build, deploy and operate production APIs and services
• Coordinate releases across teams using feature flags and trunk-based development
• Break defined projects into features, user stories and tasks, map deliverables, and coach junior engineers
• Build and operate a governed gateway for model access, routing, guardrails and cost control
• Provide shared AI platform services and workflows that enable product teams to ship AI features safely
• Deliver Amazon Bedrock AgentCore agents, knowledge bases and memory into production
• Design, develop and evolve modular CI/CD systems and reusable, extensible artifacts
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code and automate application deployment
• Design for high availability and disaster recovery, and define monitoring, logging and alerting standards
• Build security into modules and architectures, with policies planned, enforced and compliant with industry standards
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust architectures aligned with organisational strategy and standards
• Define standards and defend proposals when challenged by architecture and security teams

Требования:

• 5-7 Years of hands-on AWS delivery across platform engineering, solution design and cloud architecture 5-7 Years as a working software developer in Python, Go or Java Deep hands-on backend development experience in at least one of Python, Go or Java; experience must be as a backend developer, not limited to automation scripts and pipeline glue Experience designing, building and deploying production APIs and services, and supporting them after launch Hands-on experience building and maintaining internal developer platforms, including Terraform, CLI and tooling, versioning and releases Comfortable with feature flags, trunk-based development and coordinating releases across teams Ability to design, build and evolve modular CI/CD templates and infrastructure as code Experience applying security by default and designing for high availability, disaster recovery and monitoring Able to define standards and defend proposals when challenged Committed to continuous learning and developing personal and team skills **Nice to have:** Interest in or experience building AI platform capabilities, including AI gateways, centralised AI developer platforms, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore agents, knowledge bases and memory
