Задачи:
- Design user experiences for Argus Media digital products across responsive web and native platforms
- Design for Flutter-based applications or similar cross-platform frameworks, creating experiences for Android and iOS
- Gather and evaluate user and stakeholder requirements with product owners, product managers, and engineers
- Champion design quality throughout development and deliver intuitive, scalable, and reusable solutions
- Understand technical limitations, provide clear handovers, review implemented designs, raise defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Define interaction models and evaluate their success
- Visualise design ideas through storyboards, mock-ups, prototypes, and AI-assisted design tools
- Represent the UX function across teams and products
- Facilitate design workshops to develop initial ideas and wireframes
- Turn ideas, use cases, and user stories into prototypes for user testing and development
- Extend component and interaction libraries
Требования:
- Experience in a UX/UI design role focused on responsive web and mobile app user experience
- Strong knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile interfaces
- Ability to manage multiple mobile projects across apps simultaneously
- Product and UX design experience with enterprise applications and complex user journeys in specialised domains
- Expertise in data visualisation and business intelligence dashboard design
- Expertise in rapid paper prototyping and visualising journeys and interactions
- Ability to design for short- and long-term scalability across product sprints
- Knowledge of designing and expanding design systems, including components, pattern libraries, documentation, and emerging patterns for AI-assisted user experience
- Experience applying UX best practices, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts and workflows to senior stakeholders verbally and visually
- Experience independently conducting user research, including analysis and reporting, particularly usability and lab testing, remotely and on-site
