Own core marketplace metrics, including fulfillment rates, ETAs, chauffeur utilization, and cancellation rates across the market Develop, test, and optimize localized pricing structures, dynamic pricing algorithms, and chauffeur incentive programs Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve matching algorithms, dispatch logic, and internal operational tooling
Требования
4+ Years of professional experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment Advanced proficiency in SQL Ability to query large datasets, build dashboards, and conduct independent quantitative analysis Proven ability to move rapidly from data-driven hypotheses to hands-on execution and operational implementation Будет плюсом: Direct experience in marketplace, pricing, or driver operations teams at a mobility, on-demand, or location-based services platform; experience building and scaling operational processes, automated workflows, or analytics frameworks from scratch
