- Partner with Product and Engineering to define future-state experiences
- Transform complex financial processes into intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Create user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Drive adoption of enterprise design systems and reusable patterns
- Establish design approaches for copilots, agents, and intelligent automation
- Use research, analytics, and feedback to validate and evolve solutions
- Contribute to design-to-code practices and modern product delivery models
- Mentor and support designers across the wider organization
- Influence product strategy through user-centered and business-focused thinking
Требования:
- 7+ Years of product, UX, or enterprise software design experience
- Experience designing complex workflow-based applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating business impact and product thinking
- Expert proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience in Agile product development environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design, generative AI, copilots, or agent-based experiences
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled product experiences
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and improving how teams work
