Задачи
- Use data-driven insights to understand how users navigate the platform, identify pain points, develop solutions, monitor KPIs, and communicate performance findings to the Product Manager
- Build a quantitative understanding of users, their behaviour, usage patterns, and journeys to guide product design
- Act as the first point of contact for behavioural analysis using Google Analytics, Snowplow, BigQuery, and similar tools
- Work with product managers, UX teams, and the business to assess opportunities, understand the value of changes, and prioritise tasks with the largest customer impact
- Support the alignment and guidelines of the data infrastructure as part of the Customer Data & Analytics team
- Identify growth opportunities and experiment to optimise product experiences and drive user engagement and retention
- Interpret technical issues and explain topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
- Guide and mentor others, share knowledge and skills with the wider team, and develop skills through learning and training opportunities
Требования
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Google BigQuery/Redshift and Tableau/Looker
- Strong understanding of user behaviour data collection and processing across analytics tools such as Snowplow and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of user behaviour analytics tools and experience troubleshooting event tracking implementations
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation to inform product decisions
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and UX stakeholders
- Good communication skills and a passion for knowledge sharing in a team environment
- Nice to have: exposure to Airflow, GitHub, and Jira; knowledge of R or Python
