Задачи:
Own the full-cycle search and hiring process for C-level, C-1, and C-2 roles across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, from market mapping and direct sourcing through offer and onboarding Hire, train, and grow a recruiting team of 2–3 people, allocate roles, and ensure pipeline quality Establish executive search processes, tools, and metrics within the company Partner with founders and function leaders to understand each role’s profile and business context Build and maintain a talent map across robotics, AI, and adjacent industries Represent the company in the top-candidate market and lead high-level negotiations
Требования:
7+ Years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion in executive search or headhunting for C-level and above Proven track record closing C-1 and C-2 level roles in Operations, Engineering, Finance, or Legal Experience in robotics, hardware-tech, or adjacent AI companies Experience building and managing a small recruiting team Strong direct sourcing, market mapping, and negotiation skills with top-tier candidates Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and fast growth without heavy corporate process
