Задачи:

• Supervise employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring
• Coordinate the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, track deadlines, and mentor and coach staff as needed
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and standard management reporting
• Review balance sheet account analysis, cash flow statements, supporting schedules, and consolidated reporting packs for accuracy
• Review and approve basic monthly journal entries
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages, and pro forma analyses for senior management and the planning unit
• Coordinate research, development, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures
• Communicate difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues
• Influence parties with shared interests to reach agreements
• Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
• Apply knowledge of the discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in existing or new systems and processes

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; alternatively, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• 3–5 Years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
• Leadership skills to motivate the team's impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
• Intermediate math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial figures
