- At least two years of professional experience in software development
- Ability to champion TDD/BDD/XP software development
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas
- High-quality, value-focused work and comfort navigating ambiguity and complex problems
- Strong expertise in the craft and willingness to keep learning
- Clear communication and ability to build trust with clients and teammates
- Pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused approach
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow
- Value low-ego collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork
- Nice to have: Java, SpringBoot, AWS, MySQL.
