- Consider commercial aspects and business value beyond website development briefs
- Maintain and evolve the agency's development standards in collaboration with the Head of Development and the development team
- Develop designs to a high creative standard, collaborating with other delivery functions
- Build full-stack solutions using WordPress, NextJs, React, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Identify opportunities to diversify the development product portfolio and expand agency capabilities
- Deliver accurate code with strong attention to detail and high standards
- Apply and develop current techniques and languages, and propose exploratory solutions to development requirements
- Develop approaches to maintainable, scalable solutions and reusable blueprint products
- Encourage and inspire excellence in the development and design teams
- Record and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Keep development architecture current and maintain repositories correctly
Требования:
- 2+ Years of development experience
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and NextJs
- Understanding of back-end programming concepts
- Previous WordPress experience
- Strong vanilla JavaScript skills and front-end experience
- Positive communication, a strong work ethic, ambition, and drive
- Nice to have: HTML/CSS3/SASS practices supporting responsive design, progressive enhancement, SEO best practices, W3C and accessibility standards across desktop and mobile web
