Amazon Music provides consumer-facing music products and services, including third-party partnerships and music content acquisition.
Задачи:
- Partner with business teams to value propositions
- Develop business cases to support major financial decisions
- Prepare financial metrics, analyses, and reports
- Manage global financial and business forecast models
- Develop, maintain, and enhance finance controllership through models, reports, and processes
- Manage competing priorities and provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events
- Identify improvement opportunities using data and help the Amazon Music team act on findings
- Strategize with product and marketing stakeholders on customer-facing initiatives to drive customer growth
- Partner with Accounting, Finance Operations, and Business Intelligence teams on product and deal launches, critical requirements, and third-party partnerships
- Analyze deal terms with Music Content Acquisition during royalty negotiations
- Partner across Amazon Music Finance on operating planning cycles and month-end close processes
- Support deal evaluations, goal performance reporting and management, forecasting, and process improvements
- Support Amazon Music royalty licenses and strategic planning projects
Требования:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, or analysis
- Experience applying financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Strong strategic thinking, business partnering, financial modeling, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to influence business partners and align multiple stakeholders
- Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment
- Nice to have: MBA, CPA, Tableau, large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos), financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards), stakeholder experience, process improvement through automation and analysis
