Задачи:
- Provide leadership, oversight, and direction across accounting, reporting, and operational activities supporting the Private Markets business
- Deliver high-quality reporting to key stakeholders, including quarterly IFRS10 reporting
- Manage relationships with external service providers
- Lead onshore and offshore teams, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence
- Develop scalable solutions, manage risk, and support strategic business priorities
Требования:
- Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, the asset management industry, and private market assets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term relationships, drive performance, and influence at all organisational levels
- Proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify improvements, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a changing environment
