A professional services business provides finance services across operational and commercial finance.
Задачи
- Lead the month-end close and prepare monthly management accounts
- Oversee reconciliations, financial controls, and day-to-day finance operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
- Prepare VAT and other relevant returns, and support year-end and audit activities
- Provide clear financial insight and business partnering support to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
Требования
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong experience in management accounts, month-end reporting, and financial controls
- Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident analysing financial information and explaining it to non-finance colleagues
- Comfortable working independently within a small team
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
