Задачи
- Develop analytical solutions to meet complex business needs by understanding the business, gathering requirements, and creating solutions
- Create reports and deliverables with data visualisations in Tableau
- Identify root causes of issues in data processes and find efficient solutions
- Collaborate with data teams and communicate clearly to support problem-solving
- Improve working methods and support team members
- Take responsibility for analytical project outcomes and learnings
- Build an understanding of the DAX operating model, classic audio, Outdoor, and consumer businesses
- Learn the main data warehouses, systems, and data workflows used by the squad
- Support projects by building solutions, testing data outputs, and answering business questions
- Engage with team members and stakeholders to understand ongoing DAX workstreams and contribute ideas to shape the team’s direction
Требования
- 3–5+ Years of commercial experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, working with large, complex datasets
- Experience owning analytical projects from requirements gathering through delivery and stakeholder presentation
- A curious, questioning approach that challenges assumptions and uses logical processes to find actionable insights
- Rigorous problem-solving and attention to detail, including diagnosing root causes and recommending appropriate solutions
- Experience producing high-quality reports with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience querying and wrangling data with SQL
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to support an inclusive team
