- Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go
- Implement new microservices and help manage and migrate away from legacy services
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn abstract requirements into concrete technical designs
- Keep systems responsive under heavy load by optimizing latency and reliability
Требования:
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining scalable backend services; 5+ years for senior-level candidates
- Strong engineering fundamentals; candidates who do not know Go can interview in their strongest language, such as Python, C++, or Ruby
- In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
- At least 1 year of hands-on mapping-related experience, such as processing noisy geospatial data, map-matching techniques, road network graphs, or routing algorithms
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher; comfortable debating technical trade-offs with peers
