Hire Giant is currently looking for an experienced HGV 1 Driver to work with our client based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position!
Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent
The Role
As a LGV 1 Driver, you will be
- Making goods deliveries using a LGV1 curtain side vehicle
- Work is simple work, no handball 4/5 drops per day.
- Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
- Completing HGV vehicle checks
- Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
- Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
- Starting around 07:00am daily - shifts between 10-12 hours
Requirements
- Class 1 licence entitlement
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest
