Class 1 Driver
HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing work completing general haulage deliveries across the UK! This is ongoing LGV work!
The Role:
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be:
- Making goods deliveries using a HGV1 curtain side vehicle
- Must have at least 6 months HGV experience.
- Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
- Completing HGV vehicle checks
- Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
- Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
- Starting around 12:00pm - 16:00pm daily - shifts around 8- 12 hours
Requirements:
- Class 1 licence entitlement
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest
Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):
Monday to Friday shift pattern - 12:00pm to 16:00pm Start
Shift Length - 8-12 hours
Up to £18.00- £20.00 per hour – shift dependant (Monday to xgikmsk Friday)
