Class 1 Driver - Days- On-going. HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position! The Role: As a Class 1 Driver, you will be:

  • Making goods deliveries to DCs and RDCs
  • Work is simple trunking between two points or 2/3 drops per day.
  • Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
  • Completing HGV vehicle checks
  • Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
  • Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
  • Starting around days 08:00am- shifts between 8-12 hours OR on nights 18:00pm start.

Requirements:

  • Category C+E licence entitlement
  • A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
