We are currently looking for an HGV Class 2 driver to join the team in Gloucester, you will be driving our HGV2 vehicle completing 10 to 15 drops to regular customers. The stock will need to be unloaded using a pump truck on the tail lift, some lifting could also be involved.
Each shift starts at 7am and could be up to 9 hours, working Monday to Friday. You will also have the option of overtime at weekends, paid at an enhanced rate.
This is a good opportunity for ongoing Class 2 / HGV 2 work, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role, working with a great team and a company who value their employees.
Hours and pay
- Working Monday to Friday starting at 7am and usually working 8 to 9 hours.
- £18 per hour paid weekly every Friday.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence, with category C.
- Valid Tacho and CPC.
- Safety boots and high viz.
- The ability to complete heavy lifting when required.
- An understanding of health and safety.
