Hiregiant are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our team in St Phillips. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by providing excellent customer service.
This position requires proficiency in using computers, strong clerical skills and a great telephone manner. If you are adept at data entry, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have a knack for organization, we would love to hear from you.
The role is primarily based working in the office alongside the office manager, with support from a small team. However, will also involve serving customers on the service counter and collecting orders from the Warehouse.
Duties
Supporting operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
Handling incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Performing data entry tasks accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date records.
Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
Support the Transport team with clerical tasks as needed to facilitate smooth workflow.

Hours and Pay
Working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00.
£13.00 per hour, weekly paid every Friday.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficient using aspects of computer software.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
