HireGiant are currently recruiting for a professional 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a global parcel delivery logistics company based in Wolverhampton. As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be delivering parcels to residential addresses, commercial sites, and business premises.
As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will:
- Completing multidrop parcel deliveries and collections
- Scanning items using handheld PDA system
- Loading and unloading parcels safely
- Delivering to residential and commercial customers
- Completing paperwork and PODs accurately
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Requirements
- Valid Cat C1 licence (7.5 tonne entitlement)
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Previous multidrop or delivery experience preferred
- Safety boots & hi-vis vest
Hours & Pay
- Start time: 08:00am
- 4550 hours per week typical
- £15.07 per hour PAYE
- £16.05 and £23.43 overtime after 12 weeks
- Weekly pay every Friday
