The Role: HireGiant are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver on behalf of our well-established client in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term work with a highly reputable company within the alcohol distribution industry. As a forklift counterbalance driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a Counter-balance Truck
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently
- Upholding strict health and safety standards on site
- Some manual handling if required
Before you start, you will complete a full induction and assessment.
Requirements:
- Valid FLT CB Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in-house accepted)
- Previous FLT experience
- Safety boots & high-vis vest required
- Good level of physical fitness and attention to detail
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday 06:00am start until finish
- 8-10 hour shifts, up to 12 hours on busier days
- £13.48 per hour PAYE
- Weekly hours: 40-55 (depending on workload)
