We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers to work with a well-established logistics company based in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire. This is a great opportunity for ongoing, full-time work.
As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Completing trailer swaps around the yard
- Operating curtain-side trailers, depending on the load
- Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately
- Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service at all times
- High standard of safe system of work
Hours & Pay:
- Start Times: Shifts start Monday - Friday
- Shift Length: 8-12 hours per day
- Pay Rates: £16-21 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience with curtain-side trailers preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
