HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work with our client based in the Loughborough area of Leicestershire LE11. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Simple Collection and Delivery work to ensure the products network runs smoothly.
- Occasional multidrop to help the radial runs that are falling behind due to high workload.
- Some handball may be required from time to time, but it is mainly pump truck or FLT unloaded.
- Trunking runs using a LGV curtain or box trailer vehicle.
- Completing HGV vehicle checks.
- Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available).
- Starting around 06:00am daily - shifts between 10-12 hours.
Requirements:
- HGV Class 2 licence entitlement.
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Monday to Friday shift pattern - 06:00-07:00 Start.
- Shift Length - 10-12 hours.
- £16.50 - £22.50 per hour (Monday to Friday).
- Weekly pay every Friday.
