HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Leeds, Yorkshire. This particular company is well known locally, having operated in the area for over 15 years, and focuses on local and regionwide delivery of aggregates.
The role involves working Monday to Friday, starting immediately, and making deliveries of sand, stone, and aggregates of all grades to a variety of locations in the East Midlands and further afield. This job typically includes around 6 drops daily, with some long-distance work that may require reclamation and delivery back to the depot, which could involve nights out or Monday to Friday tramping work.
Requirements for this role:
- Previous Tipper Driving Experience is essential
- Cat C entitlement on their licence
- Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
- If you have the below, this would be advantageous:
- MPQC Skills qualification (MP Connect Card)
- Safe Urban Driving (CPC course)
Hours & Pay:
The start times will be between 06:00am-07:00am daily, and the HGV Class 2 Driver will work upwards of 50 hours over a 5-day period.
The hourly rate for this role is:
- £160.00 per day Monday to Friday (PAYE)
- £200.00 per day Monday to Friday (LTD)
