HireGiant is currently looking for a 7.5 ton Driver to work with our client based near Junction 15a M1 South, Northampton (NN4 Postcode). This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position!
The Role:
- As a 7.5T Driver, you will be trunking runs using a LGV curtain or box trailer vehicle.
- Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order.
- Completing HGV vehicle checks.
- Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck.
- Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available).
- Starting around 06:00am daily - shifts between 9-11 hours.
Requirements:
- Cat C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence entitlement.
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
- Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest.
Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Monday to Friday shift pattern - 06:00-07:00 Start.
- Shift Length - 10-12 hours.
- £15.75 - £19.75 per hour (Monday to Friday).
