HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Daventry (NN11). This will be an A2B job.
Responsibilities:
- Completing deliveries of general haulage to businesses — RDCs
- Driving the class 1 curtainside trailer in a safe manner, no handball; this is a nice haulage role
- Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements:
- Valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
- Strapping and Reversing competence
- New pass LGV1 Drivers welcome - training and support provided
- HGV LTD drivers welcome
Hours & Pay:
- Start times between 6.00am - 7.00am
- Shifts: 10-12 hours depending on route
- PAYE Pay rate: £17.50 - £18.50 per hour
