Class 1 Tanker driver The Role
Hire Giant are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Colchester(CO6) This is an ongoing role doing 1-2 drops per day, This is long and Mid distance work.
Your responsibilities as a HGV1 driver will include
- Completing deliveries of water to businesses.
- Driving the class 1 Tanker in a safe manor
- no handball
- Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements for the Class 1 driver
- Valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
- Strapping and Reversing competence
- New pass LGV1 Drivers welcome training and support provided
- HGV LTD drivers welcome
Hours & Pay for the Class 1 HGV Driver
- Start times between 6.00am - 07:00am
- Shifts: 10-12 hours depending on route
