Class 2 Driver required
Here at HireGiant we require a Class 2 Driverwith our well-established client in Derby close to Derby City Centre.
The Class 2 Driver Role:
The HGV 2 driver will be on an ongoing basis, so will suit someone looking for regularhours. The work starts immediately and involves collection and delivery work. You will be required to do HGV collection and delivery work on a Class 2 LGV vehicle.
On your daily runs the driver will be doing anything between 6-8 drops with some collections. There may be some element of handball but mainly the drops are taken off with a electric pump truck.
All Trucks are used but well maintained, please ensure you abide by WTD & EU driver regulations.
Requirements for HGV Class 2 Driver role:
- Cat C / LGV2 Licence
- Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
- Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Hours & Pay for the HGV 2 Driver role :
- The start time is between 06:00 – 08:00am and we have immediate starts for the right candidate, and this will be a full time role.
- Working pattern is Monday to Friday
The hourly rate for the Class 2 Driver role is:
- Up to £15.50 – £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday
The role is PAYE but we do have LTD work available.
