HGV Class 2 Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Tamworth, B79. This particular company is well known nationwide and has operated in the local area for many years. The HGV Class 2 Driver will be placed on an ongoing basis.
The Role: The HGV Class 2 driver will be required to work Monday to Friday. The work starts immediately and involves making multi drop deliveries of palletised goods using a pump truck and tail lift locally to the Midlands. This job does not involve any handball, just the use of the pump truck and tail lift as described. You will likely complete around 10-12 deliveries and collections during the day.
Requirements for this role:
- Cat C entitlement on their licence
- Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
- Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Hours & Pay: The start time will be between 04:00 and 10:00 Monday to Friday and you will likely complete between 40-55 hours during the week. The HGV Class 2 Driver hourly rate for this role is between £14.00 and £15.00 per hour. Please note this client can accept LTD company drivers.
