Class 1 Driver – PAYE & LTD Drivers Welcome!
The Role:
HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professionalClass 1 Driverto work with our client based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is an ongoing role doing 2-4 deliveries per day, you may have the odd collection/back load. This is long distance work so you will be required to stay away tramping in the truck all week.
Your responsibilities as a HGV1 driver will include:

Completingdeliveries of general haualge to businesess & RDCs

Driving the class 1 curtainside trailer in a safe manor

no handball, this is a nice haulage role

Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately

Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements for the Class 1 driver:

ValidHGV 1 (Category C+E) Licence
-
Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
-
Strapping and Reversing competence
-
New pass LGV1 Drivers welcome training and support provided

HGV LTD drivers welcome
Hours & Pay for the Class 1 HGV Driver:

Start time 06:00am

Shifts:10-12 hoursdepending on route

PAYEPay rate:£17.50 – £18.50 per hour

Night out fee £25.00 per night out
