HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position!
The Role:
- Making goods deliveries to DCs and RDCs.
- Work is simple trunking between two points or 2/3 drops per day.
- Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order.
- Completing HGV vehicle checks.
- Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck.
- Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available).
- Starting around days 08:00am - shifts between 8-12 hours OR on nights 18:00pm start.
Requirements:
- Category C+E licence entitlement.
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
- Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest.
Pay Rates (PAYE):
£17.00 - £19.00 per hour (Monday to Friday). Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent.
