We’re looking for a professional Class 2 Driver to join a reputable logistics and pallet distribution company based in Fradley - WS13. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long‑term, full‑time work with a genuine temp‑to‑perm route for reliable and experienced drivers.
The Role
- Completing 5‑10 deliveries and collections per day of palletised goods.
- Using an electric pump truck and tail lift for safe and efficient loading/unloading.
- Delivering to industrial estates, business parks and commercial sites across the Midlands.
- Handling paperwork and PODs accurately.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
Hours & Pay
- Start time: between 07:00 and 08:00am.
- Shift length: typically 8‑12 hours per day.
- Days: Monday to Friday (no weekends).
- Pay: £16.00 per hour (PAYE), weekly pay on Fridays.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid CPC.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 1 year on licence.
- Multidrop experience (essential).
- Confident using electric pump trucks and tail lifts.
