Here at HireGiant we are currently recruiting Class 2 ADR Drivers for a well-established company based in Wolverhampton (WV10). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ADR drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with a reputable operator in the environmental and waste management sector.
As a Class 2 ADR Driver, your duties will include:
- Collecting and delivering waste materials including old fridges, freezers, paint, and hazardous waste
- Driving Class 2 vehicles, with potential to assist on Class 1 work where required (if qualified)
- Completing collections and deliveries across the Midlands and surrounding areas
- Ensuring all ADR regulations and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Completing paperwork, waste transfer notes, and PODs accurately
Shifts generally 10-12 hours ~£19.00 to £20.00 per hour PAYE ~ Weekly pay ~ Ongoing, consistent work for reliable drivers.
To be considered for this Class 2 ADR Driver role, you must have:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- ADR Licence (essential)
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- Willingness to carry out mixed Class 1 / Class 2 duties if required
