7.5 Tonne Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Hinkley, Leicester LE10. The work is for a Global Company, with many sites across the UK and the Hinkley site being one of the largest.
The Role: 7.5 Tonne Driver will be required to work Monday to Friday (optional weekends are available). The work starts immediately and involves making multi drop deliveries of parcels to residential and commercial properties. It can be anywhere from 12-15 delivery stops and collections. This will involve scanning the parcels before self loading, self tip and some of it can be on the heavier side. The role does involve a large amount of handball so you’ll need to be comfortable with that. Training will be given on the scanning PDA system they use.
Requirements for this role:
- 7.5 Tonne Driver
- Cat C1 entitlement on their licence
- Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
- No more than 6 points on licence
- Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Hours & Pay: The start time will be 08:30 AM Monday to Friday. The 7.5t Driver will work upwards of 45-50 hours over a 5 day period - Monday to Friday. The hourly rate for this role is: £15.07 - Monday to Friday PAYE.
