HireGenics in the UK is a global provider of workforce management solutions, with over 50 years of experience.
We require a highly motivated individual to work as a Recruitment Coordinator supporting one of the clients we support as part of their Managed Service Program.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for managers, suppliers and contractors, building and developing close relationships.
- Handle the processing and coordination of all requests (starters, leavers, extensions, purchase order changes etc.).
- Ensure that all compliance documentation is signed, returned and processed in accordance with client requirements.
- Review and validate new requirements with managers and suppliers.
- Verify and screen suppliers’ CVs and pass qualified CVs on to the hiring manager.
- Coordinate candidate interviews between suppliers and hiring managers.
- Maintain and track spreadsheets and client systems for new starters including sickness absence and holiday notification.
- Attend staff/supplier/client meetings and/or conference calls as requested.
- Negotiate pay rates with suppliers and managers to achieve cost savings and advise on market rates.
- Ensure that supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner.
