Salary range: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

HireGenics in the UK is a global provider of workforce management solutions, with over 50 years of experience.

We require a highly motivated individual to work as a Recruitment Coordinator supporting one of the clients we support as part of their Managed Service Program.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for managers, suppliers and contractors, building and developing close relationships.
  • Handle the processing and coordination of all requests (starters, leavers, extensions, purchase order changes etc.).
  • Ensure that all compliance documentation is signed, returned and processed in accordance with client requirements.
  • Review and validate new requirements with managers and suppliers.
  • Verify and screen suppliers’ CVs and pass qualified CVs on to the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews between suppliers and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and track spreadsheets and client systems for new starters including sickness absence and holiday notification.
  • Attend staff/supplier/client meetings and/or conference calls as requested.
  • Negotiate pay rates with suppliers and managers to achieve cost savings and advise on market rates.
  • Ensure that supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner.

  • Work Management: Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, organise tasks, manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Systems: Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
