The Role...
This is a varied, customer-facing sales role where you'll manage existing relationships, understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to grow parts and service sales. You will:
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Visit customers to understand their needs, provide advice and identify opportunities. Sell parts, servicing, maintenance plans, warranties and other services. Work closely with the service team to resolve customer issues quickly. Use customer data and technology to identify sales opportunities. Attend customer events, demonstrations and exhibitions.
What we're looking for....
Experience in a B2B or B2C sales or customer-facing role. A proactive, self-motivated approach and confidence building relationships. Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly. Agriculture, machinery or agricultural equipment experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
