Are you an experienced VMU Manager, Workshop Manager or Fleet Maintenance Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity with an award-winning employer? - Workforce planning

- WIP management
- Health and safety compliance
- Recruitment
- Coaching and developing your team
while working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone with a Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance, together with previous workshop management experience within the commercial vehicle, automotive or fleet maintenance sector. You'll be an engaging leader with excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to create a positive, high-performing team culture.
