hireful is partnering with a pioneering pharmaceutical and life sciences organisation based in North Cambridgeshire to recruit a Sole Legal Counsel. In this standalone, hands-on role, you will take full ownership of the legal function and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including supplier, licensing, NDA, MSA, and distribution contracts), supporting intellectual property activities alongside external advisors, and managing corporate governance, data protection, and risk management.
