Location: Wembley, North West London
Salary: £29k-£33k base salary + mileage payments and great benefits
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in an IT Support role, preferably up to 2nd line level.
- Experience of working within a secondary school providing IT support is an absolute must.
- Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment e.g. Servers, Software, Networks, Hardware and telephony.
- Experience supporting Windows Desktop, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Chromebooks and Apple devices would be great but are not all essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing a customer facing first class service.
