We're looking for a Mortgage Underwriter to join their Manchester Underwriting team. You'll manage your own pipeline of applications from submission to authorisation, manually underwriting cases in line with regulatory standards and company policies.

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working
Salary: £32,548 plus bonus
We're seeking someone with at least 12 months' experience assessing or processing loan applications, ideally within second charge lending experience. You'll be comfortable in a target-driven environment, able to question and challenge evidence where needed, and confident identifying vulnerable customers or adverse credit indicators. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and numeracy are essential.
