Salary – Up to £27,000 per annum + callout bonus

Location – Manchester

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon‑Fri / 8‑5 / Occasional call out (1 in 4 weeks)

The Role:

  • Handle customer queries by phone and email, taking orders down and filling picking slips for the warehouse to pick, pack and ship customers out.
  • Service face‑to‑face customers at the trade counter, retrieving small batch or individual items from the warehouse.
  • Ensure the trade counter is stocked up and looking presentable.
  • Occasionally drive and deliver specific parts to customers – a full valid UK driving licence is required.
  • Availability over the weekend and bank holidays is required for rare call outs.
