Are you an experienced Technical Claims Manager, Senior Claims Manager, Complex Claims Manager, Technical Claims Specialist or Claims Technical Lead looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Fancy joining one of Europe's leading independent insurance brokers? If you're passionate about delivering outstanding claims outcomes, influencing strategy and acting as a trusted adviser to clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Working closely with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and legal representatives, you'll negotiate the best possible outcomes, interpret complex policy wordings, resolve contentious claims and provide commercially focused advice that adds genuine value. You'll also analyse claims trends, produce meaningful management information, contribute to service improvements and help shape the future of our claims offering.

As a senior technical leader, you'll mentor and coach colleagues, raise technical capability across the team and play an important role in developing best practice, supporting succession planning and driving continuous improvement. You'll work collaboratively across the business, contributing to client retention, business growth and strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty principles.

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Salary: up to £50k base + great employee benefits
