Based in Weybridge, Surrey this Travel and Tourism position is easily commutable from Walton-on-Thames, Addlestone, Chertsey, Ashford, Byfleet, Cobham, Woking, Esher and surrounding areas. You will support students to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress into employment or higher education within the Travel and Tourism Sector. Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Travel & Tourism, Cabin Crew and Aviation OperationsAssess, monitor and support learner progress, maintaining accurate recordsEmbed employability, literacy, numeracy and IT skills throughout the curriculumSupport learners through personal tutoring, work-based learning and industry engagementContribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, recruitment and college eventsTo be successful in this role, you will have: A Degree, HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualificationRelevant Travel & Tourism industry or teaching experienceExcellent communication, organisational and IT skillsLevel 2 English and MathsA teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one with support providedWhether you're an experienced Travel & Tourism lecturer or an industry professional with teaching or training experience considering a move into education, we'd love to hear from you.
